Try before you keep.

Every Osme order arrives with a tester vial — so you can experience the scent on your skin before you ever open the bottle.

Doorstep testing

We offer doorstep testing so you can experience your scent before accepting it. If the scent isn’t right for you, simply return the sample with the courier — you’ll only pay the shipping fees.

You’re also free to request testers of any of our fragrances to explore more options. To maintain product integrity, exchanges are not available once delivery is completed.

If it’s not for you, return the sample with the courier — pay only shipping.

Refund & exchange

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please report it to our team with a clear photo within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

You may also return your order immediately with the courier if you choose not to keep it.

Check your order with the courier still present.

Keep what you love, return what you don’t — right then and there.

If it’s damaged

Email us a photo within 7 days and we’ll issue a full refund.

Important — No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after the courier has left, in order to maintain hygiene and ensure product quality.
